The best way to ship sheets or a kit is always flat, but given the size and cost it sometimes must be rolled. This is ok if it is not unrolled right away when receving and allow it to relax and lay flat. Usually shipping flat is done via LTL Freight and is reserved for larger volumes of sheet goods or high quantity products.

If used the appropriate application and substrate if prepared correctly you can expect 5-7years of use in the harshest of enviornments. Nearing "end of life" you may experience some discoloration, powdering and adhesive failure.

We keep everyting in our records so we are able to recut replacement pieces if needed. There is a slight risk of color mismatch depending on age, color and sun exposure.

Colors are 100% your choice to acheive the desired look and feel your after; however, some colors have different characteristics.

Red tones tends to slightly fade quicker than all other colors.

Dark colors will feel warmer in the direct sun and may have a slightly lower life expancy due to the increased thermal expansion/contraction rate.

The brush texture is always recomended if its going to be used as a walking surface for slip resistance. If its used in another application where slip reistance is not required then smooth is also an option!

Yes, custom colors are an option; however, its volume dependant as the development cost is costly. We can match Pantone or Hex colors if you are trying to color match an existing color.

They do get warm but not "hot". No where near as hot as a dark colored vinyl seat would get.
